We recommend that you use a foam roller to start with that will challenge you in terms of pressure , as we want these tissues to move under that pressure, rather than your tool giving way... (think pool-noodle, not a very good tool). At the same time, your choice of tools should not detract you from performing this release on a regular basis due to their intensity, although we’d prefer for you to move on to denser and more capable tools as you progress.
