Service Description

This is where we assess the source of your pain & dysfunction. We will break down complex anatomical concepts in easy to understand layman's terms to help you understand what you are dealing with. During this consultation, we will use anatomy applications to familiarize you with the tissues responsible for your discomfort & pain. You will leave with everyday awareness practices that will allow you to immediately counteract your specific dysfunctions. We will design a custom program for you to implement on your own using our extensive library of easy to follow videos. Each program is based on the ALiGN System and so it will have 3 distinct parts of: Release, Reposition & Re-Engage. These steps will address the soft tissue, the joint space and optimal muscular recruitment.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations less than 24 hours prior of the appointment time, any deposits or service fees paid are non refundable. Services are transferable, so if you cannot make it you can have someone else receive the service in your place.
