About
The Knee's load and movement capacity is directed by the positioning of the Hip and the Ankle, as the Hip regulates the UpperLeg Bone and the Ankle regulates the LowerLeg Bones. These joints above and below change which side of the knee (inside or outside) is being loaded, which way the knee is being twisted (torqued) while it is moving. As they are parts of the same larger system, managing Ankle & Hip health will, in turn, benefit the function of the Knee tremendously.
